Position OverviewA Paid Media Specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and will work with the paid media team to execute paid search, display and social advertising strategies for our clients. This position will be expected to build out new paid media campaigns from the ground-up, as well as improve the efficiency and conversions for Max Velocity’s clients.

Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage paid media campaignsClearly define any visuals needed from the design teamBecome certified in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Meta advertisingHave the versatility to learn other platforms as neededMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologiesParticipate in client meetings when appropriateProvide analysis of campaign performance to drive strategic decisions from campaign teamIdentify optimization opportunities and document adjustments to provide clarity to work being doneManage A / B testing for campaigns and provide recommendations and insights into performanceEnsure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectivesHelp to create and improve processes for the Paid Media department
Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience1-2 Years Of Experience In Media Trading (Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic Preferred)Must be able to meet deadlines quickly & effectivelyAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsCommand of the English language
Day to Day Responsibilities
Paid Media OperationsCreate and manage Paid Media processes and scheduled tasksMaintain and regularly improve Paid Media process to ensure best-practicesRegularly engage in Paid Media education to improve services offeredProperly utilize project management software for all Paid Media tasks
Paid Media ExecutionEnsure quality work is delivered on-time for all campaignsExecute all regular scheduled Paid Media tasks for all campaignsExecute timely and effective on-boarding for all Paid Media campaignsConduct keyword researchCollaborate with designer on campaign messaging and strategyCollaborate with campaign managers to develop strategy and communicate campaign progressCreation and management of Paid Media clientsWork with campaign strategist to develop cohesiveCreate regular reports for all campaigns campaignsBe on client strategy calls when needed
