About the Role
As a BDR at MaxAssist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in building the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a collaborative sales team and gain valuable experience in sales and customer engagement. This position is in-office in Lehi, Utah with an option to WFH on Wednesdays.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify & Qualify Leads: Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Engage Prospects: Reach out via email and phone to introduce our solutions and understand their needs.
- Build Relationships: Establish meaningful connections and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales team manager to execute outreach strategies.
- Track Success: Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce, ensuring a streamlined and organized sales process.
Performance Expectations:
- Make 100 dials per day.
- Book a minimum of 2 demos per day to help the team achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a 65% hold rate for scheduled demos.

- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Outlook and Salesforce.
