Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking a highly experienced Management Analyst SME to the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) operations providing expert-level analysis and advisory services in support of organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This is a full-time role out of Redstone Arsenal, AL. Work is anticipated March 2025 upon award.
Duties involved with this role :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex organizational challenges, using advanced quantitative and qualitative methods to assess processes, operations, and strategies.
- Provide high-level recommendations to senior leadership on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing resources.
- Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and develop comprehensive plans to improve workflow and operational effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to implement process changes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Work with leadership to align operations with overall strategic goals and mission objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational improvements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to promote analytical best practices and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
