As the Southeast application experts, we specialize in innovative flooring solutions that include elevated concrete, cellular concrete, underlayment, insulation, and sound mat installation.
Our Opportunity
Immediate opening for an experienced Construction Estimator. The primary duties of an Estimator for Structis to produce Estimation / Take off of square footage for multi-family developments for a specialty concrete subcontractor (Gyp-Crete and exterior pump mix).
Key Responsibilities :
- Download and organize digital plans.
- Perform take off of square footage of items within our scope.
- Organize plans in estimating software.
- Provide bid proposals.
- Navigate specifications and identify material divisions.
- Support writing proposals / cover letters / scopes of work as necessary to assist sales team in completing a proposal. This includes using Word, Excel and Project documents.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
