Position Overview:
In this versatile role, you'll be instrumental in delivering superior service experiences to our residents. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading property showings, managing the move-in and move-out processes, and providing prompt, effective customer service. While the position offers the flexibility to work across different locations, it may also require occasional visits to our corporate office in Draper, UT, for training and meetings. This is a fantastic chance for someone with at least a year of experience in property management to use their Microsoft Office, customer service, and interpersonal skills in a dynamic, supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key representative for MAXX Property Management, embodying our commitment to excellent service.
- Schedule and conduct showings for prospective residents.
- Facilitate a smooth move-in and move-out process for residents.
- Address resident queries promptly via phone, email, and text.
- Assist the Property Manager with various duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 year’s experience in Property Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of AppFolio property management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Dedicated to providing high-quality customer service.
- A positive, adaptable approach to challenges.
