Associate Property Manager

MAXX Property Management, one of the fastest growing property management companies in Utah, Western Idaho, and Arizona, is seeking a dynamic Associate Property Manager in Payson/Spanish Fork area to join our team in Lehi, UT. In this role, you will play a key role in creating personalized and exceptional experiences for all of our residents. You will coordinate and conduct showings, manage the move-in and move-out process, and provide responsive customer service. The position is based in Utah County, with a primary focus on Payson & Spanish Fork area. However, it will also require occasional visits to our corporate office in Lehi, UT, typically for a few days per week. This is an opportunity to use your 1 years' experience in property management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding role. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Be the face of the development
2. Coordinate and conduct showings for prospective residents
3. Manage the move-in and move-out process
4. Be responsive to all resident inquiries via phone, email, and text message
5. Assist the Property Manager with all other duties, as needed

Experience and Skills
1. Required 1 years’ experience in Property Management/Real Estate
2. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
3. Experience with AppFolio a plus
4. Self-starter, motivated, autonomous
5. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
6. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
7. Driven to provide excellent customer service
8. Positive and open minded
