  • Education Background: Bachelor's degree in education, Training, Human Resources, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Management Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a training environment.

  • Training and Development: Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on technology-driven solutions and innovative approaches, including remote and virtual training.
