What You’ll Learn
- Behavioral and Academic Support – Work 1:1 or 2:1 with students to develop academic, vocational, and daily living skills.
- ABA Techniques in Action – Implement individualized behavior plans and learn the science behind ABA strategies.
- Data Collection & Analysis – Track student progress through data collection and evaluation.
- Collaboration with Experts – Work alongside BCBAs, special education teachers, and therapists (speech, occupational, and physical).
- Career Exploration – Gain exposure to different career paths within education, behavior analysis, and therapy.
- $17.50/hour for a full-time, 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday 7am- 3:30pm).
- CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certification plus ABA training.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals in special education and ABA.
- Opportunities to shadow clinical specialists, including speech, OT, and PT professionals.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a related field.
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday 7am- 3:30pm) .
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
