Summer 2025 | Paid Internship | Randolph, MAGain hands-on experience working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in a collaborative, ABA-focused learning environment. This paid internship is designed for students eager to explore careers in special education, psychology, ABA, and related fields.What You’ll Learn:• Behavioral and Academic Support – Work 1:1 or 2:1 with students to develop academic, vocational, and daily living skills.• ABA Techniques in Action – Implement individualized behavior plans and learn the science behind ABA strategies.• Data Collection & Analysis – Track student progress through data collection and evaluation.• Collaboration with Experts – Work alongside BCBAs, special education teachers, and therapists (speech, occupational, and physical).• Career Exploration – Gain exposure to different career paths within education, behavior analysis, and therapy.What You’ll Get:• $17.50/hour for a full-time, 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday 7am- 3:30pm).• CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certification plus ABA training.• Mentorship from experienced professionals in special education and ABA.• Opportunities to shadow clinical specialists, including speech, OT, and PT professionals.What You Need:• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a related field.• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday 7am- 3:30pm).• Valid U.S. driver’s license.Kickstart Your Career in ABA & Special Education!Join a team that’s dedicated to transforming lives—including yours.
