PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct, oversee, and teach comprehensive testing and characterization of RF circuits and custom cables for quantum computing applications.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams to translate innovations into functional prototypes and production-ready products.
- Initiate and direct new project proposals, conduct feasibility studies and developing project scopes, goals, and deliverables in line with business objectives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development within the team to maintain a competitive edge in quantum computing technologies.
- Interface with the operations team to implement best practices in bill-of-materials management and procurement strategies, optimizing cost-efficiency and supply chain resilience.
- Initiate new product designs.
- Model and simulate RF / microwave components and circuits using electronic and electromagnetic design software (HFSS, ADS, etc.), ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
- Work across functional areas (structural, electrical, software) to deliver fully integrated products.

Base Salary $100-150K depending on experience and qualifications with additional compensation in equity and bonus.
