Coordinate, plan, initiate, and oversee the Sales strategy for the Sales Specialists and Sales Associates by formulating and executing our growth initiatives. Develop overall business processes while working with the Regional Sales Managers, Business Unit Leaders, Account Managers, Sales Associates, and multiple internal partners. Ultimately, planning, managing, directing, and supporting the sales efforts of opportunities, leads, and prospects.
