Brief Description

Develop overall business processes while working with the Regional Sales Managers, Business Unit Leaders, Account Managers, Sales Associates, and multiple internal partners. Ultimately, planning, managing, directing, and supporting the sales efforts of opportunities, leads, and prospects.
Requirements
Education
A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred; in the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in a management role in a manufacturing facility, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.

Requirements
- Manage and direct the sales process and administrative activities of the Sales Specialists and Sales Associates.
- Reinforce the coaching and training of our “Sales Process” for the creation, development, and profitable growth of new and existing accounts
- Oversee, and hold accountable, the consistent use of customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Manage appropriate activity and sales to exceed goals and budgets
- Partner with the Regional Sales Managers and Business Unit leaders to develop strategies and targets to exceed customer expectations and drive profitable growth.
- Follow and coach the Six Step Sales Process to move opportunities through the plan, qualify, align, propose, close, and expand stages.
- Create and maintain schedule of all ongoing projects; coordinate with Field Project Engineers as to the completeness and accuracy of the schedule
- Responsible for assisting on the planning that occurs before a project is started
- Ensure all paperwork, including opportunities, orders, time sheets, expenses reports etc. are completed accurately and on a timely basis
- Resolve all customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and in the best interest of Mazzella Companies
- Maintain on-going communications with the salesperson (or staff), as appropriate, regarding problems or issues related to managing projects
- Establish go to market pricing strategy and monitor the profit level of all Specialists and Associates jobs
- Assist with establishing quarterly goals and the process to complete milestones in a timely fashion as well as providing weekly AchieveIT updates at the BPR.
- Other duties as assigned
Education

Experience & Skills
- Extensive people leadership experience, preferably in a multi-dimensional matrix organization.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in conflict resolution, direct labor utilization, budget development, maintaining equipment, maintenance schedules of mission critical equipment
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and determine effective solutions
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and tracking and trending organizational metrics
- Ability to identify cost savings strategies and implement promptly and effectively
- Requires solid written and verbal communication skills (Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization)
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills are required
- Excellent math skills and overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) are required
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to multi-task
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify
