What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at MC Recruiting?
Our client, a San Francisco boutique, plaintiff civil litigation and antitrust law firm is seeking a mid-senior level litigation associate to join their rapidly growing practice. It's an exciting time at this firm as they are thriving on the forefront of the generative AI space and litigating cases involving chatGPT, Meta language model, and AI image copyright. The firm is busy and there is the opportunity to gain substantive experience quickly as well as a partnership track.
The best fit is someone with experience running the full litigation lifecycle (investigation, pleadings, discovery, deposition, trial)
Day to day :
- Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions in court
- Handle mediation
- Examine witnesses at trial
- Supervise more junior attorneys and support staff
Requirements :
Base salary range $200,000 – $240,000K (DOE), generous bonuses

Hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office (Tuesday - Thursday), M,F WFH.
