McCluskey Chevrolet is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Accounts Payable team. This role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable process from receipt of invoices to payment disbursement
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and reconciliation of accounts
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status
- Assist with month-end closing processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
