This part-time, flexible position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently. We need someone who’s eager to dive into both businesses and help keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in a management support role
- Hands-on dispatching experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand our geographic area for scheduling service calls
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to schedule service and installation appointments
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to invest time in ongoing training and development
- Commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers
- A responsible, positive attitude and desire to be part of a team
