Job Summary

Established Wealth Management Firm seeks a personable, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should be experienced and able to handle moderate call volume while maintaining a client database, calendar, Microsoft Office, and other administrative functions. Marketing and social media skills a plus. Salary and benefits with advancement potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner, routing client service inquiries to appropriate team

member and taking messages as needed.

  • Inputting and managing client data in CRM system.
  • Managing database and scheduling calendars.
  • Scheduling client appointments.
  • Meeting preparation including agendas and other necessary forms as well as appointment confirmation calls.
  • Preparing conference room for appointments and greeting clients upon arrival.
  • Reviewing incoming mail and routing to appropriate team member.
  • Printing and assembling outgoing mail for the office, including occasional event and appreciation mailings.
  • Maintaining office inventory and ordering office supplies for the team.
  • Providing general administrative support to financial advisors and operations team.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience working in administrative/client-service focused position(s).
  • 5 years of experience working with PCs and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Professional and strong work ethic with personal integrity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task with little supervision.
  • Quick learner who is flexible and able to adapt to new technology and processes.
  • Reliable and responsible with team player mentality.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation

The base annual salary range for this role is $36,000-$48,000, plus bonus potential. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
