As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and emails
- Provide quotes, take orders, and guide customers through the printing process
- Prepare accurate and timely job tickets on behalf of customers for Prepress and manufacturing
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Resolve customer concerns and issues with a solution-oriented mindset
- Maintain detailed customer records, order information, and follow-up activities
- Educate customers on products, materials, finishes, and turnaround times
- Assist other CSR when needed
