Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute effective content creation strategies that boost lead generation, foster customer engagement, and expand sales.
- Craft captivating messages and written content tailored to various audiences, encompassing product launches, customer-centric programs, advertising, email marketing, direct mail, PR, web content, and social media communications.
- Liaise with the strategic marketing department to monitor market patterns, detect emerging trends, and refine our approach to deliver targeted content aligned with customer needs and cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Supervise the translation and adaptation of marketing materials used across diverse geographical regions.
- Update and refine the guidelines governing campaign execution and associated procedures.
- Ensure the production and maintenance of documentation, both physical and digital, necessary for the proper operation of our business.
- Assist the product management and marketing teams in organizing documents according to schedule and type for current and future products.
- Develop and implement successful landing pages, combining valuable information with an optimized structure designed to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and regular lead intake.
- Oversee the planning and execution of pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring optimal performance and maximization of return on investment.
- Monitor financial activities, including budgets, expenditures, and tracking invoice submission status.
- Prepare and distribute educational content related to McCrometer products and initiatives internally.
- Foster collaboration between different departments to meet shared goals and support inside sales efforts.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- No less than 5 years of professional experience in marketing, journalism, or a similar field.
- Proven ability to handle complex tasks efficiently, combined with excellent project management and analytical skills.
