Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management, client relations, or related field, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates good character, reliability, and a positive attitude in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identifying client needs and opportunities for additional services or support, and recommending solutions to enhance their experience and achieve their goals.
- Managing client accounts, including onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to coordinate efforts and deliver seamless service delivery to clients.
- Tracking and analyzing client performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction, and achieving key performance indicators and targets.
