Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately, timely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Verify warranty coverage, parts, and labor details to ensure claim validity, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the service department to obtain necessary information for warranty repairs and support technicians in understanding warranty procedures.
• Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper handling of warranty claims.
• Stay current with manufacturer warranty policies and industry trends, and assist in managing warranty parts inventory and returns.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications Needed To Be Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently; knowledge of automotive repair processes and warranty guidelines is preferred.
