Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Bookkeeper to maintain Quickbooks and perform light administrative duties for our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will support the owner by performing essential bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with various accounting and administrative functions. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Must be a self starter with good organizational skills.
Duties
- Maintain Quickbooks for various real estate properties.
- Assist in providing financial and accounting information to outside accounting firm.
- Support tax preparation processes by organizing necessary documentation
- Execute bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records.
- Maintain organized financial records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Scan all documents into general computer database.
- Provide organizational support to busy executive.
Experience
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks a must.
