Duties Include:
- Manages and protects the confidentiality and integrity of MCHC corporate documents, employees and patients.
- Supports Departmental communications and projects.
- Undertakes Compliance investigations as assigned by the CCBDO.
- Delivers the seven elements of the compliance program by acting on assignments within the Compliance Work Plan.
- Maintains corporate compliance with HRSA’s Compliance Manual requirements.
- Responds to reports to the Compliance hotline.
- Provides daily briefings to the CCBDO on all compliance matters and immediately apprises the CCBDO of any serious compliance reports.
- Development of Board and Staff Committee reports, etc. Prepares/distributes Board and Staff Committee documents, printing, distributing reports, and obtaining necessary signatures.
- Proofreads reports and communications for accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of MCHC’s policy tracking and processing of policy reviews, updates and approvals.
Benefits:
Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $99,000 per year, based on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, a 401k Match up to 4%, Loan Repayment options, a Flexible Spending Account and much more.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate of Arts Degree and 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role in a professional environment (or equivalent experience and/or education).
- Proficient in MSOffice programs, specifically, MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in database management
- Experience working within a Compliance and Risk management program, within healthcare.
Salary : $72,000 - $99,000
