What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Closing Coordinator position at MCICS?
Overview
As the Post Close Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all loan documentation. Additionally, you obtain any missing documents, as well as correcting any incorrect items for funding/shipped loans.
What you will do
- Review Title Searches for Mortgage Connect/Underwriter/Client Guideline Compliance
- Locate Missing Documents from Previous Title Companies, Courthouses, or Lenders
- Create Replacement Documents, as necessary
- Perform Online Title Searches
- Follow-Up on Check Requests and Resolve Billing Issues
- Additional Duties, as assigned
What you will bring
- High-School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1-Year Experience in Real Estate/Mortgage Industry
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines
- Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team
- Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask
- Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing
