Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
The mission of the Business Systems Analyst is to design, build, and ensure a smooth and efficient execution of business systems, workflows, processes & procedures to deliver on the company’s vision, purpose, and core values. This role learns from current behavior, researches efficient alternatives, and builds best practice solutions for current and future operations. This highly valued individual and role works closely with multiple departments, various teams, and many company employees. This role requires patience, creativity, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver on project solutions and deadlines

Outcomes & Work Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Business Systems Director to support the planning, design, and delivery of digital Business Intelligence solutions that enhance internal workflows and improve the customer experience
• Clear and concise communication related to projects and innovative solutions to relevant teams
• Continuing development of McIntosh standard procedures, including high-level workflows and detailed step-by-step instructions for both company-wide and role-specific processes
• Creating enhanced reports and inquiries from our ERP software, among other data sources, to drive operational insights and support data-informed decision making across departments
• Evaluate internal technology implementations and apply best practices that promote scalability and integration of disparate technologies/datasets
• Self-sufficient in time and schedule management
• Ability to create, set, and deliver on project deadlines, informing management of project progression
• Leverage data to identify areas of high impact
• Collaborate with teams across the business to identify system/process improvement areas and translate those to implementation plans

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
