McKeever RV has an immediate opening for a full time Accounts Payable / Office Assistant. We are a family-owned company with an onsite owner that provides an excellent work environment, you will have a private office with duel 32” screens. Monday - Friday with an occasional Saturday.
You will work directly with the office manager, operations manager and president.
Job Duties:
- Entry accounts payable invoices
- Create freight invoices
- Stock in units
- Covert parts packing slip to a A/P invoice
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Compete inventory audits
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Excellent math skills
- Accurate data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies
- Team player
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
