Job Summary:
- Assists Nurse Manager in 24 hour operation of unit including planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care.
Qualifications:
- CRCST Certification.
- Current BLS.
- Clinical excellence, leadership abilities, teaching competency, critical thinking, excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage service personnel.
- Ability to have good working relationship with surgeons.
- Minimum two years current acute perioperative experience.
