Your Role:
The Senior Estimator is responsible for managing the estimating team and aligning the department’s
efforts with company sales objectives. In addition to handling the core estimating tasks, this role
involves overseeing escalated RFIs and bid clarifications, producing Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs),
and managing project budgets. The Senior Estimator plays a crucial role in the final review and revision
of bid submittals, ensuring all specifications, alternates, allowances, and value engineering options are
clearly outlined. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, and
Executive leadership to drive successful project proposals.
