Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality aesthetic care to patients, focusing on enhancing their overall appearance and well-being. You will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in all procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with experience in aesthetic practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual aesthetic needs and treatment options.
• Administer aesthetic treatments such as injectables, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment by adhering to aseptic techniques during all procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Provide education to patients regarding post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
• Utilize telehealth services to consult with patients remotely when appropriate.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.

Experience

• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within an aesthetic or cosmetic practice.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures and patient assessment techniques is essential.
• Experience with IV infusion therapy is preferred.
• Background working in a nursing home or Level II Trauma Center is advantageous.
• Knowledge of utilization management practices is a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial.
• Understanding of workers' compensation law can enhance the quality of care provided.
