McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently searching for a Front Office Coordinator to work in our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program in Monroe, NC.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 5:00 am – 12:30 pm.
How will you help us achieve our mission? You will:
- Be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front office by managing administrative tasks, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and performing reception duties.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
What are the qualifications needed for this role?
We are looking for a minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Prior office administration experience, particularly in a healthcare setting with careful attention to patient confidentiality/HIPAA is strongly preferred.
