Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for both retail and corporate positions. This role requires deep expertise in sourcing strategies, a passion for the luxury fashion industry, and a strong ability to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates. Your primary focus will be sourcing and pipeline development, ensuring that MCM has access to a robust talent pool to meet current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates for retail and corporate roles, including store managers, client advisors, marketing, merchandising, finance and IT.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, social media, and referrals to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Focus on direct sourcing and headhunting, targeting passive candidates within the luxury fashion industry.
- Conduct initial screenings and outreach, assessing candidates' qualifications and interest in MCM.
- Implement strategic sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and competitive research.
- Build and maintain a talent database for future hiring needs, ensuring quick access to high-quality candidates.
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts through targeted sourcing strategies.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to hand over qualified candidates for the interview process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to refine sourcing strategies.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Experience & Key Competencies:
- 2 years of experience in talent sourcing with a focus on retail and corporate roles in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates.
- Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and advanced recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, AI-powered sourcing tools).
- Strong market research and competitive intelligence skills.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of fashion industry hiring trends and talent pools.
- Experience supporting high-volume sourcing for retail hiring needs.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
