- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including managing documents electronically using computerized systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, helping executives with various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
