As we expand our Wound Care DME Division, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build relationships, and contribute to our long-term success.

We provide comprehensive support to our Healthcare Provider clients through: A Dedicated Clinical Team – Assisting physicians with patient education and product utilization. A Full-Service Billing & Reimbursement Team – Handling prior authorizations, claims submissions, payment processing, and appeals to maximize reimbursement and minimize administrative burdens for our clients.

This means you'll have strong internal support to help physicians seamlessly integrate Wound Care DME products into their practice.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our Wound Care DME business by leveraging existing relationships in Wound Care, Podiatry, General Surgery, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, and Spine, while actively developing new partnerships.

This role is based in San Antonio, TX, with 25-50% of time spent in the office.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our Wound Care DME division.
  • Leverage existing relationships in Wound Care, Podiatry, General Surgery, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, and Spine to expand our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wound care space.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical and Billing/Reimbursement Teams to provide full-service support to physician clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and reimbursement policies to position MD DME as a leader in the space.
  • Track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree – Must have Bachelor's Degree from four year university.

5 Years of Experience in Wound Care Sales – Must have experience selling Surgical Dressings.

Established Relationships – Strong existing connections in Wound Care, Podiatry, General Surgery, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, and Spine.

Sales & Business Development Expertise – Proven ability to drive revenue and expand market share.

Strategic Thinker & Self-Starter – Able to identify new opportunities and take initiative.

Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to effectively engage and educate healthcare providers.

Growth Potential – A leader who can eventually manage a sales team as the business expands.

What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary ($70,000-$80,000) Generous Commissions

On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $140K in the 1st Year
