MD Staff Pointe is a growing healthcare staffing firm seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to work on site in Irving, TX. This is a production supervisor role with primary duties to source, place and maintain a pipeline of qualified Locum Tenens Physicians. Base Salary Generous Commission plan with no cap. The position is not remote or hybrid.

Core Recruiting Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified physicians through cold calling and all provided sourcing tools
• Cold calling, texting, & emailing prospective candidates
• Sell current and upcoming work assignment opportunities to prospective physicians
• Negotiate commitments, salary and contracts
• Build and maintain an active base of working physicians
• Collaborate with business development and other MD Staff Pointe departments to ensure transactions are completed timely and accurately
• Develop and lead a small team of Physician Recruiters
• Achieve and exceed sales goals

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare staffing, preferably Physicians
• Minimum 2 years experience leading and/or mentoring Recruiters or a Sales Team
• This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys interacting with people and working toward a common goal.
