JOB SUMMARYThe Medical Assistant is responsible for administering nursing care to patients via the nursing process; assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. The Medical Assistant also instructs patients and significant others in health care practices, working in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Medical Assistant also performs tasks necessary to receive patients for clinic services, maintain accurate electronic and hard copy records, and collaborate with other clinic staff and clients to deliver medical services.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - MISSION STATEMENT
