We are seeking a Customer Service - Inside Sales individual for our growing client.
JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE - INSIDE SALES
LOCATION: TEXAS CITY, TEXAS
SALARY: $56 - $68K
PERCS: QUARTERLY BONUS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fielding calls and emails from clients.
Collaborating with existing and potential customers to provide quotes.
Following-up on quotes, enter customer orders into the system.
Working cross-functionally with other departments to solve customer challenges.
Completing tasks accurately and with a sense of urgency.
Building quality relationships with clients in different industries.
Ability to discuss needs of customer and research through database
Strength in discussing with customer their needs based on catalog inventory of products
Familiar with working with 60,000 plus SKU items
Ability to communicate with customers on late orders, shipping obstacles, inventory or manufacturing issues, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
3 years in manufacturing industrial/environment in role of customer service - inside sales
Technical skills to include knowledge of replacement items for: chillers, tube tools, metal finishing products, boilermakers, specific tools, etc.
