Fully Promoted is looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, providing support, preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling some fulfillment duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable with sales and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in person with inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.

General Duties:

• Stay knowledgeable about products and pricing.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or order fulfillment is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
