Fully Promoted is looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, providing support, preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling some fulfillment duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable with sales and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in person with inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers on quotes and outstanding orders.
General Duties:
- Stay knowledgeable about products and pricing.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
