Our client is a financial institution has been proudly servicing the Houston area for over 20 years. They are looking for a full-time direct hire Loan Production Specialist to join their team for $24-$30/hr. This position is located in the Spring Branch area (77024).
The Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented loan documentation professional with 2 years of commercial and real estate loan experience. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail ensure accuracy and compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to loan systems. A team player who handles sensitive information with discretion and delivers excellent customer service. TRID knowledge preferred.
The Expectations:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain loan documentation requirements and maintain professional interactions with loan officers, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in reviewing, preparing, and managing loan documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets regulatory standards and complies with bank policies.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth loan processing and on-time funding.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and navigate loan processing software and systems.
- Confidentiality: Must handle sensitive borrower and loan-related information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with loan officers, title companies, attorneys, and other internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and documentation.
