JOB TITLE : PROCESS - PRODUCTION ENGINEER
LOCATION : PASADENA, TEXAS
SALARY : $110K - $125K

Primary Responsibilities :
- Monitor plant operation, product yields, manufacturing costs, and operating activity and feed information into month end closing
- Track monthly inventory and raw material usage to complete and submit Month End Report
- Provide technical assistance to operators and recommend improvements
- Duties include troubleshooting process plant operating problems, product quality, equipment reliability and safety data
- Analyze process information and develop recommendations for improving the process, participate in plant trials, participate in process design & capital project implementation
- Responsible for process and equipment changes and Management of Change process for the SAS unit, specifically with creating MOCs and completing Design Safety Reviews
- Spend time in the control room and the field to listen to the ideas of technicians and shift leaders to gather ideas for safety and production improvements
- Develop project scopes for input into the Capital Project Group
