Supervisor - Firehouse Subs

The Supervisor will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. The Supervisors Responsibilities will be:

• Following up on all Customer Concerns
• Ensuring all team members and other Supervisors have received adequate training.
• By working through others, owning the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
• Ensuring a high level of experience for our customers.
• Driving a customer focused mindset for all employees while helping sandwich creation on the front line.
• Ensure COG and payroll % in alignment with goals.
• Make sure inventory and ordering completed weekly.
• Supporting compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

Individual must have minimum of 12 months of leadership experience or experience and education that are equivalent. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels. Must be computer literate.
