MAG Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Contracts / Program Manager to support our helicopter programs, including MRO services, interior design and installation, and mission system/avionics upgrades. This role involves contract administration, project coordination, and customer communication, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and assisting in cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and customer teams. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract review, administration, and compliance to ensure alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing helicopter programs.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, reports, and presentations. for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in contracts administration, program management, or project coordination (aviation/aerospace preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the aerospace or helicopter industry.
- Familiarity with contract law, procurement processes, or government regulations in aerospace.
- Interest in developing a career in contracts and program management within aviation.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
