Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC a world class supplier of power generation services, parts and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who has a desire to join a growing organization and an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work.
The Houston location is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to be responsible for the general operation of our office. This person will be responsible for compiling information and records to aid in Accounts Payable. They will control and be responsible for office supplies and handle data entry for customer reports
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee general office operation and support leadership team as needed.
- Purchase and properly expense office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
- Create presentations and other management-level and customer reports.
- Be a point of contact for office guests/visitors with office needs, including but not limited to operating office equipment, connecting to Wi-Fi, locating restrooms, kitchen area, etc.
- Add and update employees in travel and expense systems as needed.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence.
- Create and maintain databases.
- Reception desk duties including greeting guests, creating and managing visitor access cards, maintaining visitor log, demonstration of safety video for visitors, mail, and package distribution.
Position Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in business or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an admin coordinator or similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office software.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
