Our client is seeking an HR Analyst / Centralization Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI!

Pay rate: $26.20/hour
The HR Operations team is looking for a centralization analyst team member with skills and competency to provide support in functional areas of the human resources department. The position will process HR transaction requests from the organizations facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system. The analyst is responsible for ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines.

- HR Information Systems Experience
- Working Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Principles

HR Analyst Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer-based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must have strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the aptitude of fast learning and comprehension in a constant process changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong follow-up, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR with a high level of professionalism.
