Job Description:
- The HR Operations team is looking for a centralization analyst team member with skills and competency to provide support in functional areas of a human resources department.
- The position will process HR transaction requests from the organizations facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system.
- The analyst is responsible for ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of SOX principles.
- Experience working with an HRIS System is a MUST.
- Workday experience required.
- PeopleSoft Transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for U.S. FCA facilities.
- Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate.
- Provide critical thinking, and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing.
- Onsite work
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer-based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must have strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the aptitude of fast learning and comprehension in a constant process changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong follow-up, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR with a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft and COGNOS or other reporting tools
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field
