Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Teamwork
- Lead and collaborate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Clinical Expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
- Safety and Quality
- Ensure that all flights operate within established safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years' experience as a licensed RN in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting.
- Current RN license in states served by the assigned area.
- EMT Certification in state(s) where required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications are necessary prior to flight status.
