Job Overview
Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Part-time position available for experienced bookkeeper/office manager. Three days per week, 7.5 hours per day, in a small quiet office in downtown Nashville. Paid parking is provided. Office management requires strong organizational skills and time management abilities to maintain a fully functioning office environment. Duties include answering incoming calls, processing mail, and deliveries, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment with outside support, and providing additional support to staff as needed. Assist in Property Management, including bids for repairs and maintenance. Responsible for overseeing repairs, equipment and IT. Bookkeeping requirements are proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office 365. Duties will include maintaining the accounts, including AP and AR for multiple small businesses, bank deposits, wire transfers, and providing year-end and audit information as requested.
The office environment consists of four full-time employees with great comradery and teamwork.
Candidates must also be able to multi-task and be self-motivated without micro-management. A team player is essential, and must be willing to work on other projects as needed.
Hourly rate up to $30 per hour, commiserate with experience.

Pay: $20.43 - $32.00 per hour
