We are seeking a Workday Testing Support Analyst to assist our Workday Testing Lead during the testing phase of a Workday implementation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable with Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation. This role requires hands-on involvement in test execution, defect tracking, and test result validation to ensure a smooth Workday deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Workday Testing Lead in managing and executing test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios for Workday HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain implementations.
- Assist with test data preparation, leveraging Excel for data management, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Execute hands-on testing in Workday, entering transactions, validating workflows, and ensuring test cases meet functional requirements.
- Track, document, and report defects identified during testing, collaborating with functional and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update testing metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into testing progress and defect resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users, gathering feedback, and logging issues.
- Assist in the configuration and validation of security roles, integrations, and business processes within Workday.
- Participate in daily / weekly test status meetings and provide detailed reports on test execution progress.
