Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

Specialty Pharmacy located in Brooklyn; NY is looking for experienced pharmacy technicians with Prime Rx experience to join our growing team. Knowledgeable in compound and Ivf, open to growth.

Various Shifts Available Within The Following Time Frame

Full-Time (35-40 hours/week)

Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 6:00pm

Fridays 8:30am - 6:00pm

Duties And Responsibilities Will Include (but Not Limited To)

• Client / Physician communication via phone, email, etc.
• Data entry, billing and follow-up of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Fill and pack medications, prepare for shipping/delivery
• Ordering / Inventory management (including price negotiations, and return of expires)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fertility / Specialty Pharmacy workflow
• Proficiency in Micromerchant PrimeRx
• Compounding experience
• Customer service skills
• Experience in a high volume pharmacy
• Fluent in a foreign language (Spanish/Russian/Cantonese/Mandarin/ etc.)
  
  

Compensation Based On Experience.

Minimum 2 years' experience in an independent pharmacy.

Position available for immediate start.

Compensation

$20-25 per hour based on experience.
