Manager Technical Client Success - Marketing Analyzer

Manage Technical CS analysts who :

Serve as SME on our clients data and platform configuration including :

Configure and customize our solutions to clientspecific data strategies and business needsMine clean and analyze large data sets for trends or insights relevant to Curinos Solutions clients analysisGather map and validate data to power our analytical platformsCalibrate and update reports based on a Marketing Mix ModelConduct statistical analysis to evaluate model performance

Analyze Curinos data to advise on customer acquisition efficiency and effectiveness identifying how different marketing strategies affect performance.

Interact with clients and internal partners to :

Implement and support one or more of Curinos software solutionsDerive and communicate actionable conclusions from complex data

Manage processes and procedures to :

Enable timely and scalable delivery of data and insights to our clientsProactively address client needs for competitive spend insights

Serve as the client advocate by communicating opportunities for product and customer experience improvements to internal product engineering and business partnersComplete other tasks and projects as requested

Qualifications : 13 years of people management experience13 years of experience working in SQL or with relational databasesStrong problemsolving abilities especially when it comes to investigating and resolving data anomaliesWelldeveloped organizational skills to facilitate handling multiple concurrent workstreams; attention to detailExceptional analytical capabilities including the ability to develop and interpret complex analyticsStrong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on translation of code and / or data into business termsAbility to work independently; demonstrated ability to work in a multitasked fastpaced and changing environmentAbility to travel as needed for client meetings; can range from 0% to 100% depending on engagement but will most likely be up to a few days per monthBase Salary Range :

110000$130000 (bonus potential)
