This role will partner with senior leadership across the company to oversee and lead sales representatives in the achievement of revenue and sales goals. SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONSAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred.10 years of Sales experience required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Experience managing sales teams using focused sales metrics.Experience in HVAC, plumbing or fire suppression company a plus but not required.Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and the latest sales applications. Experience with DynamicsCRM, ServMan, or another CRM application a plus.
